Prices
- € 250 – preparation of documents, advice, court fee, arrangement of TL – unlicensed trading licences within the price, applying for tax number
- up to € 8 – notary’s or registrar’s fee – verification of three documents
- €0 /€7.50 – fee for registering a trading licence for 1 unlicensed/licensed or craft licence
- Based on the data, we will prepare and send you all the necessary documents for signature by email on the next working day.
- Deed of Establishment/Articles of Association, Letter of Attorney for the CR and a Letter of Attorney for the Trade Licensing Office to be verified by you by a notary and the other documents just need to be signed.
- Send us all the signed documents scanned in pdf (by post) or personally in Bratislava
- We arrange your trading licence electronically – you may declare any number of unlicensed trading licences free of charge, and for a licensed/craft trading licence you will pay half
- After receiving the documents and issuing a trading licence, we will submit an Application for Registration in the Commercial Register.
- Your company will be registered within seven days from payment of the court fees
